High Noon Cannabis Co. based in Hatch, New Mexico is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as Store Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As the Store/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, managing a team of dedicated staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of budtenders to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records of all products.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes, and ensure staff are trained accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and procedures to safeguard the store and its assets.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry. Specifically requiring at least 1 year of cannabis store manager experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Understanding of state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
