Associated Staffing Inc. is Hiring a Die Cutter Operator Near Hastings, NE
Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for ensuring quality and efficiency? We're seeking a Die Cutter Operator to join a great team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe setup and operation of die cutting equipment ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer specifications.
From troubleshooting equipment issues to maintaining accurate production records, you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing process.
Summary of the Die Cutter Operator position :
- Location : Hastings, Nebraska
- Schedule : 6 AM - 6 PM
- $20 / hour
Responsibilities of the Die Cutter Operator :
- Verify customer specifications for each product using the computer system.
- Set up pins and blankers for new jobs according to customer requirements.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure standards are met.
- Operate machines to transport products within and between departments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain die cutting equipment as needed.
- Adhere to equipment lockout / tagout procedures for safety.
- Record production data accurately on paperwork and computer systems.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards in the work area.
Qualifications for the Die Cutter Operator position :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of related experience and / or training preferred.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend documents and verbal instructions in English.
- Capable of keeping accurate records and using measuring devices and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
