We are looking to hire an experienced maintenance foreman with the ability to lead a team in providing top tier landscape care with an attention to detail and drive to advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality work
- Perform various landscape maintenance tasks
- Oversee the installation of new landscape enhancements
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Maintain landscape equipment
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and providing training as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping techniques
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
