Press Helper

We are an industry leading Commercial Printing Company that is seeking reliable hard--working candidates in our printing department.

This position has the opportunity for growth to make $25 per hour by being trained to become a printing press operator. The job is physical, demanding and very fast paced. Candidate MUST be willing to learn and listen! Attendance and punctuality are a priority in this position.

· Experience with Offset/Sheet Fed Presses a plus.

· Assist operator on 6 or 10 color 40' printing press.

· Responsible for the overall quality of all printing jobs.

· Ensures all printing instructions are being followed.

· Provide overall and timely support to the press operations team by providing raw material supplies for our presses.

· Assisting in press set up and preparing stock to ensure we meet our production schedules to customer expectations.

· Safely operate various pieces of equipment in the printing department in accordance to standards.

· Must possess strong motivation, good judgment, sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

· May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

· Pay starting at $16.00 per Hour with a $1.00 or $2.00 raise at 90 days contingent upon performance and attendance.

Shift 5:00pm-5:00am (3 NIGHTS PER WEEK) or 5:00am-5:00pm (3 DAYS PER WEEK)
