Responsibilities:
- Assure accurate entry of client information, record and tie out census.
- Identify accounts that are aging and work with Corporate Billing Office for collections.
- Communicate with residents and their families regarding their bills and outstanding obligations.
- Process Medicaid enrollments and recertifications.
- Assist residents and families with SSI, SSD and VA benefit applications.
- Support the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes.
- Record deposits.
- Keep proper and accurate records, as well as analyze data and implement solutions.
Requirments:
- Experience with Agings and Medicaid application process.

$50,000-$60,000
