Do you like transforming an aircraft with impeccable paintwork and are looking for your next contract? JMC Aviation are currently recruiting Aircraft Painters for a Temp to Perm position in Hartford, CT.
This position offers an excellent pay rate, a signing bonus, and some great benefits. Duties within this role are as follows:
- Perform surface preparation on aircraft and component parts.
- Apply primer / topcoat / final spray.
- Perform touch ups as needed.
- Polish painted surfaces for finished appearance.
- Install sealant and erosion tape.
An ideal Aircraft Painter would have the following –
- Minimum 4 years experience on corporate aircraft's or 6 years on automotive.
- You have basic knowledge of regulations dealing with transportation of hazardous materials.
- You have demonstrated ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
