The perfect job for the right person! We hope that’s you.

If you want full time work, top pay, benefits, day-time hours, and ownership, we could be a good fit. You’ll need lots of energy and low absences to work here, but the pay is great and the hours are perfect for families:

§ Training - $15.69 per hour for three weeks only (approx. 20 to 30 hours per three weeks)

§ Three week Assessment Period – guaranteed $16.69 per hour unless your “percentage pay” is better

§ Once you complete training you will be on probation for up to 60 days, you are also on a percentage pay from this point on so you can work towards earning top pay right away. This is the fastest way to make top pay. You never have to wait a year for a raise. Higher income is available immediately for the best Technicians.

§ Technician Pay System:

o Up to 29 Job Ticket Hours – 39% of your job share volume

o 30 Job Ticket Hours - 43% of your job share volume

o 35 Job Ticket Hours - 46% of your job share volume

How we compute YOUR job pay check based on sales volume:

§ You will be paid either 39%, 43%, or 46% (depending on how many “Job Ticket” hours you cleaned)

§ The “Job Ticket” hours are the hours assigned to the job (you might spend less, or more time than the assigned hours, based on your speed and efficiency) and determines your percentage pay for the week, based on how many “Job Ticket” hours you were assigned/completed

Most people can finish each job in less time than estimated, if they are efficient and follow our training. Plus, many of our customers tip, so that is additional income to you which sometimes exceeds more than your gas expense each week.

Paid vacation (5 days per year) for full time employees (available in 6 months)

Bonus Birthday off with pay (if you have not exceeded 8 absences for 12 months)

Health insurance for full time employees and life insurance

No nights, no weekends ever required (optional on a volunteer basis)

6 holidays off per year, 8 absences per year, 6 “prior approved” time off per year (all without pay)

Referral Rewards program, meetings with door prizes and awards

· At 24 months of full time employment you become part owner in our company. That means that as long as you are employed, when we sell you split 40% of the profits with your co-workers divided by number of months of employment per person. The longer you work here, the bigger your profit share.

· Exceeding 2 absences the first 90 days, or exceeding 4 absences in 6 months.

· Cleaning “houses on the side” or stealing our clients.

· Excessive complaints from clients, not following instructions, adversarial conduct, language, & behavior

· Theft, drug abuse, alcohol abuse

*Benefits are subject to change without notice

SAMPLE PAY:

Example Week One:

· If you work a really short day all week, you might only clean 1 job each day.

· An average job is approximately $120 and has 3 assigned hours (“Job Ticket Hours”)

· Therefore, you would drive to 1 job location, spend about 3 hours and go home for the day

· If you did that for five days (Monday thru Friday) you would have worked a total of 15 Job Ticket Hours which is less than part time

Example Week Two and Three:

· Depending on how you did during week one (quality, speed, dependability) we will give you more jobs, more work

· If you worked a longer day for a full week, maybe 2 jobs a day averaging 6 Job Ticket Hours per day, you have worked 30 Job Ticket hours in a week, bumping you up to the next percentage level for the whole week!

Example Week Four through Six:

· Depending on how you did during week three (quality, speed, dependability) we will give you more jobs, more work

· If you worked a longer day for a full week, maybe 2 larger jobs a day averaging 7 Job Ticket Hours per day, you have worked 35 Job Ticket hours in a week, bumping you up to the next percentage level for the whole week!

SAMPLE PAY CHECKS:

Example One

· In Example One you would have generated our company around $600 for a 15 hour week

· At 39%, our lowest percentage pay level, your pay would still be: $234

· $234 that first week is not bad for less than half day’s of work, but our goal is to get you to full time and TOP PAY!

Example Two:

· In Example two you would have generated our company around $1200 for a 30 hour week

· At 43%, our 2nd level percentage pay, your pay would be: $516 for just a 30 hour work week

$552 is not bad for for a 30 hour work week, but our goal is to get you to full time and TOP PAY!

Example Three:

· In Example two you would have generated our company around $1400 for a 35 hour week

· At 46%, our 3rd level percentage pay, your pay would be: $644 for just a 35 hour work week

· If you had added a couple extra job hours by doing larger homes your pay could be as much as $768 for 1 week!

REMEMBER:

· You are paid a percentage of each job

· The MORE you work, the higher percentage pay you make for the week!

· Give yourself a raise by working complaint-free and efficiently so you will be assigned more jobs and hours!

· The more job hours assigned (Job Ticket Hours) the higher percentage pay you make for the week if completed

· The less hours you work, the lower percentage pay you’ll make for the week (so absences cost, dependability
