Fluor is growing! Our facilities operations and maintenance team is looking for a General Maintenance Technician. The selected applicant will support a variety of activities related to the continued operation of a mission-critical facility.This is a permanent position working a flexible Monday through Friday dayshift.• Apply safe work practices to all job functions.• Participate in pre-job briefings on risk assessments, hazard mitigation, and planned work activities.• Perform or assist in the performance of routine equipment maintenance activities, following documented work procedures. • Perform routine rounds to record the current state of facility equipment.• Support the staging and disposal of equipment and materials throughout the facility using carts or pallet jacks.• Perform access control activities with cleared or uncleared workers according to site security policies and procedures.• Performs cleaning of work areas as required.• Attends technical training as required.• Perform other duties as assigned.Notice to candidates: Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, an active enhanced DV security clearance. This clearance requires UK citizenship.
