Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Triumph Energy in Harrison, Ohio. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reviewing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing budgets. They will also analyze financial data, provide financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

· 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping

· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

· Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus

The senior accountant will have opportunities to work on pilot projects with senior members of the accounting team that are planned to begin soon.
