There is an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst at our Burns Harbor office located in Burns Harbor Indiana. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, you can expect to see your work everywhere; the steels you work with every day are used in building nations. The position will report to the Manager of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application at our Burns Harbor office and be responsible for supporting the cash application team. Responsibilities for the position include the following.
Summary of Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process changes to support continuous process improvement related to revenue cycle management.
• Provide support to both internal and external customers to ensure requests and daily requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Any other duties as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Analytical skillset and ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and general business aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Efficiency utilizing SAP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Accounts Receivable experience in an industrial manufacturing company.
