Coordinate with Construction Manager and Engineering Technicians to get all Contractors monthly Network Analysis Schedule submission.

Provide a detailed analysis back to project team to include comparison of contractor completion date to CCD, BOD, and RBOD, identifying changes from previous submission, performing root cause analysis of delays, and analyzing critical path.

• Coordinate with CMs and ETs to review all Time Impact Analysis received from Contractors. Work with the project team to determine if frag nets submitted by the Contractor contain merit and make a recommendation of compensable, non-compensable, and not allowable delays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6 or earlier
• Must be able to pass FBI fingerprinting for a NACI.
• Review Govt scope and propose reasonable construction duration
• Evaluate contractor schedules to ensure contract adherence
• Develop, maintain, and provide training covering network analysis schedules, critical path method, time impact analysis, baseline, progress, and as-built schedule reviews, and software usage.
