Job Summary:

The Residential Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites. This role includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to BuildX quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Hire, Manage, and Supervise subcontractors & other vendors.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation via BuilderTrend.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and conduct regular safety meetings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as BuilderTrend.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
