Looking for an entry level opportunity in property management? We are hiring for groundskeepers and porters in the Hanahan and Ladson areas! Apartment experience is preferred but not required, you can be placed based on your skill set:

General Job Duties:

• Maintain grounds which includes picking up trash around community and amenity areas
• General interior exterior building upkeep
• Must be able to install appliances
• Landscaping and lawn/gardening care as needed
• Lift 40-50 lbs and move appliances and equipment
• Perform painting, pressure washing, and blowing breezeways and parking lots

Job Requirements: Available to work Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm.

• Have dependable transportation to and from work
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Maintain a friendly attitude with co-workers, vendors, and residents

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
