Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales transactions. If you have a flair for sales and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in restocking products on the sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Promote special offers or discounts to customers

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics, appliances, technology, or jewelry sales is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
