Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Scientist to join our team. As a Clinical Research Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and analysis of clinical research studies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of research projects.
Duties:
- Design and develop clinical research protocols in collaboration with the research team
- Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials and studies
- Prepare study reports, manuscripts, and presentations for scientific conferences
- Collaborate with investigators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with study protocols
- Assist in the development of informed consent documents and study-related materials
- Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards
- Provide guidance and support to research staff throughout the duration of the study
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, pharmacology, or related discipline)
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and regulations
- Experience in designing and conducting clinical trials or studies
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and statistical analysis methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Skills:
- Quantum engineering: Knowledge of quantum engineering principles and their application in clinical research.
- Animal physiology: Understanding of animal physiology and its relevance to preclinical studies.
