Personal Care Assistant

Are you willing to serve with compassion, integrity and excellence? If so, this opportunity may be for you! We are looking for someone to work 28 hours a week, 4 hours a day, 7 days a week (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.). This is a temporary assignment to help client post surgery.

Duties:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, and dressing
- Assist with mobility
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and trash removal
- Provide companionship
- Accompany client to doctor's appointments
- Assist with walking around the neighborhood for exercise

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years work history
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Honest and personable
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
