Pet-Ag, Inc., an innovative pioneer in the pet product industry, is hiring an Inventory Control Lead to join its team in Hampshire, IL.

As the Inventory Control Lead, you will oversee key inventory control operations such as cycle counting, data entry, inventory flow management, and employee workload coordination, with the support and guidance of the inventory control supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cycle counts of floor and stockroom inventories
• Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy through system entries and maintenance of inventory and bin records.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders, fulfilling purchase and work orders in a timely and organized manner
• Operate stock pickers to lift, move, pick, and stock inventory in an efficient manner
• Lead company-wide safety initiatives, creating a culture of safety across the organization

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in cycle counting with scan guns and forklifts
• Familiarity with inventory control, production and/or warehousing computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
