This is a temp-to-hire position
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Production Planners for our fabrication client in Hammond, Indiana.
Responsibilities of Production Planner
- Provide clear and timely communication between the CSR and Production teams
- Timely post information into designated metrics
- Assist the production team in reducing overall lead time
- Responsible for reviewing material, label generation, updating daily metrics, scheduling all incoming orders, due dates, and completion notices
- Some work assisting our Fabricators may be required
Schedule/Shift Details
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00am-2:30pm, OT and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Solid communication skills; must be comfortable speaking with anyone and must do so in a professional manner.
- Able to be medically certified to wear respirator
- Basic computer skills preferred
The work is performed in non-climate controlled environment with moderate noise level. Must be capable of lifting a maximum of 50 lbs. Must be capable of handling bulky boxes and materials. Standing for possibly long periods of time often is required. Fine motor skills required in operation and maintenance of fabrication equipment. Kneeling or crouching often required in operation or maintenance of fabrication equipment.
