PrideStaff is Hiring a Production technician Near Hamilton, OH
Production Technician
- Shift Schedule;
- First Shift Schedule 2 : 15 PM to 12 : 45 AM, Monday through Friday, OT on Saturdays
- Second Shift 2 : 15PM to 12 : 45 AM, Monday through Thursday; OT on Fridays, never work Saturday or Sundays
Daily Responsibilities :
- Technically support and adjust packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot all mechanical problems.
- Periodically audit each production line for quality.
- Stock production lines with raw materials.
- Assist and Train Packer / Adjusters.
- Follow priorities set by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications or Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a technical role in a production environment.
- Good Mechanical Inclination
- Good understanding of mechanical processes.
- Basic understanding of use of multi-meter to check voltage and ohms.
- Experienced use of hand tools and furnish your own hand tools.
- Capable of laying 150 lb. rolls onto roll jacks.
- Capable of working with Packer / Adjusters in a respectful manner
- Must have good detail for quality.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $23.00
