```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily tasks and projects
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Provide groundskeeping services, including debris removal and leaf blowing
- Oversee tree care activities such as pruning and tree removal
- Assist in the construction of landscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
