Our client, a primary care physician in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, preferably in a primary care or internal medicine / family medicine setting.

You will be responsible for providing clinical support, facilitating patient care, and ensuring smooth operations of medical services.

This is an on-site temp to perm position, with a pay range of $20-22 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Preform clinical duties such as, conducting vital sign assessments, preparing patients for examinations, executing basic medical procedures, and administering injections.
• Conduct medical administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating follow up care, and facilitating communication between patients and providers.
• Ensure examination rooms are prepared, oversee the inventory of medical supplies, and maintain medical equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing their concerns, responding to their inquiries effectively, and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Deliver exceptional care to patients, ensuring comfort, privacy, and personalized attention while collaborating with the care team and physician to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Qualifications :

• Medical Assistant Certification required .
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a primary care or internal medicine / family medicine setting required .
• Proficiency in conducting EKGs and phlebotomy procedures preferred .
• Possess excellent patient service skills, communicating effectively and empathetically, coupled with experience in medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

Schedule :

• Monday-Thursday : 8am-4 : 30pm
• Friday : 8am-1pm

Medical Assistant- M-10-6 : 30, T & TH 8 : 30-5, W & F 8-4 : 30
