Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within our N.I.H. facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Work products related to the consolidation of AutoCAD and Revit drawings for each building on campus with the following: Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Controls, Site Utilities, Structural, Civil, Communication, Code Summaries, Etc.
Work Details:
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a 12 months contract position with opportunities for career advancement.
