Hamden Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, a 153 bed skilled nursing facility, located in Hamden, CT, is looking for full-time and part time LPN Charge Nurses to join our team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for overseeing certified staff and for the delivery of optimal quality of care to adult and geriatric residents on the assigned nursing unit. Assesses, plans and implements, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the optimal achievable quality of care rendered to each resident on assigned unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Licensed Practical Nurse, licensed in the State of Connecticut.One year of education or experience in rehabilitation or geriatric nursing desired.

·Knowledge of nursing theory and practice including the administration of medications.
