Area Cooperative Educational Services is Hiring a QC INSPECTOR Near Hamden, CT
Job Duties:
- Confirms product is made to specification by reviewing drawings, bill of materials and rack sheets;
Conducts in process inspections in production to confirm production process is being performed according to specifications; communicates to Quality and Production Management when adjustments need to be made;
Documents inspection results on inspection logs;
Creates and completes various Certificate of Compliance reports;
Inputs data/data entry on a weekly and monthly basis.
Shift Hours: 6:30 am – 3 pm, Monday thru Friday Hourly Rate: TBD
Skills & Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Experience (Basic Word & Excel –Required);
- Manufacturing Experience (1 year required);
- Minimum High School Diploma (Required); Associated Degree (Preferred)
- ISO 9001 Experience a plus.
- Quality / Inspection Experience a plu
