Griswold Home Care is Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator Near Hamden, CT

Job Overview:
Are you friendly, a quick-thinker, professional and compassionate? Are team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. Recruitment Coordinators are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with case managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
  • Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, social media management, and job boards to attract candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity
  • Onboarding processes for new hires
  • Keep active staff documents up to date
  • Work as a team in an office environment
  • Assist Case Managers to fulfill new or active cases with recruits
  • Proficient in technology.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruiting or HR coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement
