Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence. Your primary focus will be engaging with a diverse range of customers including retail stores, distributors, and corporate clients for custom branding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with potential clients through phone calls and email correspondence.
Doing mockups.
Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Representing the company at trade shows, involving travel as needed.
Conducting client meetings to discuss needs and negotiating pricing.
Managing all customer-related follow-ups and needs post-sale.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Native English Language Proficiency
Charismatic, strong relationship builder.
Experience with the promotional product industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM lead generation software is preferred.
