A Non Profit Faith Based Facility located in the Haddonfield NJ Area is searching for a full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Unit Manager for their 45 bed facility. Building has a FIVE Star Rating for quality of care and recently had a deficiency free survey. Option for either a Day Shift (7:00AM-3:00PM) or an Evening Shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM Schedule) with only a once per month on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits for Registered Nurse, Unit Manager:

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $92,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Unit Manager:

  • Manage and oversee all clinical aspects of the facility, provide nursing leadership, set resident care standards, assist in overseeing quality assurance and infection control, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Unit Manager:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working as a Unit Manager for a similar sized unit is required
  • Solid work history and team-approach to leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
