As the Director of Information Technology, you'll be at the helm of setting and executing a robust IT strategy that spans security, infrastructure, resource management, and system optimization. This is a high-visibility role where you'll collaborate cross-functionally at all organizational levels to lead projects that enhance our technological capabilities and ERP processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance IT infrastructure and cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with all governmental protocols.
• Support and improve global data exchanges across multiple sites to meet dynamic business needs.
• Lead initiatives to boost system performance and user satisfaction, delivering enhancements on time and to specification.
• Engage with both internal teams and external partners to foster improved business connectivity.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a global team of IT professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Efficiently manage external suppliers to ensure top-tier service and support while controlling costs.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Over 10 years of IT experience in a multi-site global manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems, particularly EPICOR.
• A hands-on, energetic, and inquisitive leadership style, ready to drive change and innovation.
• Experience with governmental cybersecurity requirements such as CMMC and DoD.
• Proven ability to lead projects and meet commitments with a track record of mentoring and challenging team members to excel.
• Flexibility to meet with global team members and travel both domestically and internationally (about 25% of the time).
