MP Skilled Tech is Hiring a Production Machine Operator Near Hunt Valley, MD
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves routine setup, operation, minor maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment. The Machine Operator will control and adjust machine settings, inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality, and remove defective products, packaging, and component material. Additionally, the role involves assisting with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions and ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance records.
Shift M-F 10:00pm- 6:30am. (overnight) Pay Rate: $18.55

Shift Mon-Thurs. 6am - 4:30pm Mon Pay Rate: $18.00
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan, perform, and make decisions regarding the setup and operations of various production equipment, including automated machine processes and controls.
- Perform routine assembly-line production functions such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
- Use independent judgment in troubleshooting and problem-solving under general supervision.
- Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as needed.
- Identify the need for minor equipment repairs.
- Analyze and evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams, and adhere to testing and inspecting procedures.
- Monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic issues related to machine performance and/or product quality.
- Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Adhere to all company housekeeping and safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience in a regulated environment preferred.
