Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Conduct makeup applications and provide beauty consultations
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Ability to provide personalized beauty advice and recommendations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and create a positive shopping experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
