We have an immediate opening for an IT Systems Administrator.

Summary:

The IT Systems Administrator will analyze current systems and assets, recommend, implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training/training resources to all employees. The IT Specialist role is critical in ensuring that Dee Cramer's IT resources are effectively utilized to support our business goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

· Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware, software, and network systems

· Device management

· Maintain Azure Active Directory

· Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks through robust cybersecurity measures

· Microsoft 365 Administrator, ensuring system security and governance policies

· Develop and implement user training programs based on systems internally to enhance IT literacy and security within the organization

· Maintain current employee IT training system ensuring all users are regularly completing their trainings

· Stay updated on emerging IT trends and best practices through continuing education, peer relationships, network organizations, etc.

· Manage IT Help Desk vendor performance and compliance with service agreements.

· Manage Verizon, Comcast/Xfinity, and Apple accounts

· IT Help Desk is managed by external IT vendor and is, therefore, not a day-to-day responsibility of this role

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

· Without a degree, High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in IT or a related role required

· Microsoft 365 experience required

· Construction knowledge preferred, but not required

· Strong technical knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

Travel:

This position may occasionally require local travel. Travel to job sites for technical support and vendors as needed. Travel for conferences or continuing education courses as needed.
