Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
- 1 years of experience in a reliability engineering role in a manufacturing or process industry.
- Strong knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
- Experience in developing and implementing reliability programs.
- Experience in six sigma tools, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with plant engineers, maintenance personnel, machine operators, and plant leadership
- Conduct equipment inspections and monitor performance data to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and monitoring metrics to report effectiveness of reliability programs
- Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to determine causes of equipment failure and create corrective actions plans
- Review engineering designs to ensure reliability requirements are met
