Wellpath is Hiring a Milieu Supervisor (FT) Near Hampstead, NH
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom and unit coverage, as well as assistance in educational programming.
- Provide direct care supervision, training, and evaluation of counseling staff, including senior counseling staff, and participate in hiring and disciplinary decisions of direct care staff.
- Demonstrate leadership ability through effective communication and oversight of the delivery of services in the milieu, in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and Program Director.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Nurse Manager on program development and delivery of clinical and educational services across the continuum of services.
- Promote a culture of patient safety through reporting of significant events, participation in safety training programs and Performance Improvement activities, and regular communication of milieu issues to the Charge Nurse and Program Director.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BS in Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of current psychiatric in-patient experience.
- Progressive leadership experience.
- CPR Certification. (within 3 months of hire)
- CPI Certification. (within 3months of hire)
- Corporate Compliance (within 2 months of hire).
- Aligned with New Hampshire’s System of Care, supporting services that are: family-driven, youth-guided, community-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent.
