TITLE: Injection Molding Technician

SHIFT: Night, 6 PM to 6 AM

We are looking for an Injection Molding Technician to join our growing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the injection molding process, including set-up and tear-down, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• In conjunction with production and R&D, ensure that molded components meet requirements and are produced on time to meet schedules.
• Create documents for mold runs to allow traceability and duplication.
• Ensures all safety standards are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in injection molding or food manufacturing environment.
• Good time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Good people skills, including communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift objects to 50 pounds.
