Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team as Water Filter Installation and Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water filtration units for residential and commercial clients. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install water filtration systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. This includes connecting plumbing fixtures, valves, tubing, and electrical components as required.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of water filtration units to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This may involve replacing filters, cleaning components, and conducting system inspections.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water filtration systems, including leaks, malfunctions, and performance issues. Implement corrective actions and repairs as needed to restore functionality.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during installation and maintenance visits. Address client inquiries, explain system operation, and offer guidance on proper usage and care of water filtration units.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and service activities. Complete service reports, work orders, and other documentation in a timely and thorough manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of water filtration systems and installation techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $22.07 - $26.58 per hour
