Job Summary:

Oklahoma Medical Marijuana grow looking for dedicated and self-motivated individual to help facilitate the growth of Medical Cannabis. A Cultivation Technician is expected to assist the Master Grower with daily tasks like trimming, bucking, harvesting, cleaning, etc. They are expected to communicate with management at all times regarding daily tasks. MUST HAVE OMMA EMPLOYEE CREDENTIALS!!!

Job Expectations:

• Perform trimming and bucking duties in a timely manner
• Complete daily paperwork regarding weights, cleaning, etc.
• Perform interior custodial duties as needed. May include cleaning grow rooms, cleaning pots, sweeping, mopping, gathering trash and empty trash receptacles daily, etc.
• Daily Watering and nutrient mixing, Trellising, De-leafing, Cloning, Transplanting, Harvesting, Bucking, and Trimming
• This job operates in a warehouse.
• Conditions are often humid, hot or cold, and bright.
• Maintain a positive attitude and atmosphere

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
• The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity.
• Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
