Description

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Employee to assist with landscaping & light maintenance work at the Mountaineer Village Apartments in Gunnison, Colorado. Paying $18 - $20 based on experience plus a seasonal bonus of $1,500 paid out with last paycheck at the end of the season.

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Compensation

• $18 - $20/hrs
• $1,500 End of Season Bonus

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Landscaping & ight maintenance work including drywall patching- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications-Exterior structural maintenance as needed- Changing lights, hanging blindsKnowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• 6 months’ experience in general maintenance• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry• Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing• Have good verbal and written communication• Problem solving skills• Be able to provide great customer service to our residentsA physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
