Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced recreation director to lead our activities for resdients

Duties:

develop activities and schedule with approval by administrator

maintain the company, local, state, and federal rules,laws, and guidelines for activities for an assisted living facility

implement and maintain activities programs that align with the organization's mission and values
-supervise residents during all aspects of activities
- Manage day-to-day operations of recreation activities
- maintain and enhance the activities experience for residents with variety
- keep activities areas clean, organized, and safe for resdients
- keep supplies updated and stocked as needed

Skills:
- Experience in with recreation for senior adults
- Certification in first aid and CPR a plus
- experience developing and collaborating with staff and vendors to develop activities
- must have a valid Florida drivers licenses and good driving record -must be able to drive company van

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
