Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Lead projects to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for corrective action
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate solutions for quality issues
- Implement HACCP principles for food safety where applicable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in QA/QC, quality management, and project management
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality audits
