Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property by performing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical fixes.
