Stripez Site Management is a full-service lawn, landscape and snow and ice management company located in Grimes, IA. Our team specializes in full commercial site management year-round as well as residential irrigation and fertilization services.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming

- Maintain gardens and flower beds by planting, watering, and weeding

- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, pruning, and fertilizing

- Assist with groundskeeping duties, such as cleaning walkways and removing debris

- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform tasks effectively

- Irrigate lawns and plants to ensure proper hydration

- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features

- Assist with snow plowing during winter months

Skills:

- Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices

- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in lawn care and landscaping

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
