Pay: $16 per hour
Function:Our fulfillment team is responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are accurately collected and shipped out within the necessary deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders to ship out
- Meeting department KPIs after the training period
- Stay productive while working independently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes, and procedures
- Clocking in and out of your shift on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform continual tasks for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Self-driven and works well independently or with a team
- Fast learner
- Ability to accept and utilize constructive feedback
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work most weekends
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Paychecks distributed weekly
