Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, backhoes, and water trucks
- Perform tasks such as excavation, grading, paving, and trenching
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
