**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.

**Duties:**

- Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.

- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, plant flowers, and maintain garden beds.

- Irrigate plants and grass as needed.

- Operate hand tools and power equipment efficiently.

- Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter.

- Assist with landscaping projects as directed.

- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment.

- Ability to maintain and irrigate gardens effectively.

- Strong attention to detail in landscape upkeep.

- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.

Pay: $16.47 - $17.20 per hour
