Position: Full-Time Marketing Director
Location: Portland, OR (This is not a remote position)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and e-commerce to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on marketing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has extensive experience in marketing strategy and team leadership.
- Possesses excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Is adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Has a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
- Has a strong understanding of budgeting, advertising principles, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Exhibits experience in product management and sales coordination.
- Shows demonstrated success in driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Salary Range:
- $65,000 - $85,000 depending on skills, experience, and the value you bring to our team. We invest in your growth and potential. Room for growth! You will have the opportunity to make more if you decide to take on additional responsibilities like teaching at our course, becoming a marketing consultant for our clients, and public speaking opportunities.
