Position Description
The Customer Service Specialist - Applied Products position is located in Grenada, MS and reports to the Product Manager - Cooler Products.
The incumbent must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to accurately communicate order status and delivery commitments to all levels of the customer organization including management, administration, purchasing, service and production.
The incumbent must also be prepared and willing to effectively communicate internal shortcomings to management, particularly where they make us non-competitive.
