Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and improve mechanical components and systems.
- Develop processes that result in high-quality product designs.
- Utilize SolidWorks, 3D Modeling, and custom automation.
- Review and simulate designs for manufacturability, assembly, and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for designs, test results, and project documentation.
- Resolve design issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet all requirements.
- Identify product cost reduction opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks, 3D Modeling, and custom automation.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
