Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Repair equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in supervising contractors when needed.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Experience with electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Ability to weld and perform basic metalwork.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors effectively.

Pay: $19.32 - $23.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
