About the Role:

Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Expertise in Performance Testing Tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
• 6-8 years of proven experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Excellent Understanding of application architectures and performance testing techniques
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication Skills to convey technical information to technical/ non-technical audiences.
• Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools like DataDog, Nagios, New Relic to collect performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Test plans, test cases.
• Execute Performance Tests (load, endurance) using tools like Jmeter.
• Monitoring using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace and analyze performance metrics such as Response Times, Throughput and Resource Utilization.
• Report right bottlenecks for performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Dev, cross functional teams, and integrate Performance Testing into the Agile Release Train for Software Delivery Life Cycle.
• Provide clear and concise Reporting for Performance Testing results making recommendation for improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies in performance testing. Share knowledge within the team.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
