What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications :
- Experience : Five or more years of digital product management, development or related work experience.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills : Experience with Agile software development teams.
- Skills : Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities : Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change; Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties.
Preferred qualifications :
- Telecommunications industry experience working with enterprise clients.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Pega Systems experience a plus)
- Experience leveraging AI decisioning to solve business challenges
